Bachelor of Science(Hons) (Actuarial Science) graduates can be absorbed in the goverment or privates sectors, such as the insurance industry, actuarial consulting firm, stock exchange firms and banks. They are responsible for the statistical investigations on mortality, interest rates, determination of premium rates and surrender values, the valuation of assets and liabilities.
